The iPhone 16e has a frame made of aluminum combined with a glass front and matte-finished back, similar to that of the iPhone 14. Nonetheless, it comes with the classic notch design rather than Dynamic Island, which is seen in the more expensive variants. Performance
Under the bonnet, the iPhone 16e operates on Apple’s A18 chip, providing smooth performance in different applications and operations. Nevertheless, it has a 4-core GPU, which is one fewer than the 5-core GPU in the regular iPhone 16, and it might affect applications that rely heavily on graphics.
Combined with 8GB of RAM, the phone performs multitasking smoothly, making it a very dependable option for daily use.
Camera Capabilities
The iPhone 16e features one 48-megapixel Fusion camera with the option of 1x and 2x optical zoom. The configuration is capable of high-quality photography and video, although it does not have the flexibility of having several lenses like in more premium devices. The selfie and video call front camera is a 12-megapixel wide lens.
